As part of my commitment to science communication and sharing research with the public, I am open to working with journalists and other members of the media. I choose media appearances based on journalistic commitment to accuracy and ethical approaches to research and research participants. If you are interested in covering my work or requesting my participation in a story you are working on, please contact me using the information in the “contact” tab.

Please be prepare to tell me:

  • Your publication, the topic of your story and what type of article you are creating

  • Whether the interview request is live, recorded, or informational

  • Whether you are offering an informational discussion before we go on record

  • When you expect the story to be released and how quickly you’d like to meet

  • Who your target audience is

  • Whether the finished piece will be paywalled
